Note: All prices are in Canadian funds and subject to applicable taxes. Cancellation Policy: All requests for changes/cancellations must be initiated by the parent/guardian and must be made in writing by email to registrar@campmuskoka.com. Cancellations on or before April 15 - full refund less and admin fee of $150 (plus HST) per camper, per week of camp Cancellations after April 15 – NO REFUND, except for Medical Reasons* accompanied by a doctor’s note. Medical Reasons – Cancellations/Withdrawal from camp for medical reasons will receive a refund of 50% prorated refund based on the time remaining in the camper’s stay per camper, per week of camp. No refund will be made for dismissals due to disciplinary actions, for late arrivals or for early departures.
